RentRedi Announces Series A Funding

RentRedi, property management software, announces Series A funding round.

Father and son duo, Ryan Barone and Ed Barone, saw an opportunity to help solve a common problem. This problem is something we likely all have encountered: renting. RentRedi was launched in 2016 to alleviate the problem for both tenants and landlords. It makes the renting process easier for everyone to manage.

Over the last three years, the company has seen accelerated growth despite external challenges in the real estate industry. Since 2019, the platform has added more than 10,000 actively subscribed landlords who manage 85,000+ properties. Today, we are excited to announce another milestone – our Series A funding round of $12 million, led by K1 with participation from TIA Ventures, Tribeca Early Stage Partners, and RiverPark Ventures.

This round brings RentRedi’s total amount of funding raised to over $17 million. With this funding round, RentRedi will scale its hyper-growth, groundbreaking mobile-first tech. The company’s tech is transforming the painful renting process landlords have been burdened with; enabling independent landlords of all sizes to automate manual property management tasks and create an amazing experience for themselves and their tenants.

With this Series A, the focus for 2022 is to continue to build the team and product and we will share with you our milestones along the way. We are so thankful for our team, investors, and, of course, you. We are looking forward to growing this team and helping ease the renting process for both landlords and tenants alike!
